Benefits Overview

Overtime Pay

Time and a half (1.5) paid for all hours worked beyond 40 hours per week based on average hourly rate.

Holidays

Six holidays per year. Holiday premium is paid when working the holiday.

Retirement Plan

401K account - maximum deferral of up to $15,500 in pre-tax earnings per year. When eligible, employer contribution is based on years of experience and paid on gross annual earnings.

Paid Time Off

Full time employees (0-10 years of service) accrue 36 days annually. Full time employees (over 10 years of service) accrue 41 days annually.

Extended Illness

40 hours (1 week) accrued each year.

Professional Education

Three (3) paid professional education days advanced each January 1 along with a professional education expense allowance of $2,000. (may carry over one year's worth of hours and money).

In-House Continuing Education

Weekly meetings on campus for pre-approved credits by the AANA.
